Hello, and welcome to "Excuse My Peccadillo", an art blog.
All art includes information on medium, creator (usually me, but if I want to include something I like or used as reference, I'll say so), and date of creation (I don't always post things when I make them, and I don't always remember when I made them, but at the very least it'll include a year).
You don't need a blogger account to comment, so go right ahead. If you want to use my art for something, assume "no" unless you ask.

Ditto what Claire said about the background. And I love the top half of the figure. The bottom part seems to be at a bit of an awkward angle relative to the top, though?
